The IT Industry offers many types of certifications today to help provide professional and expert services. At the Jaekle Group we have chosen to be certified with Microsoft and Cisco. These two companies account for over 80% of computer software and hardware available today.
Our field engineers are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE). This means they have passed a series of Microsoft examinations that test their knowledge on the various Microsoft technologies. When these exams are completed they are presented with a certificate of expertise.
Each MCSE is presented with an official transcript showing the exams passed and their particular area of expertise.
