Please install the TeamView software and following the installation instructions below. This will allow us to remote into your computer to help troubleshoot problems you may be having.

Click on the following Icon below:

The following screen will appear and choose Run.

The next screen will show and click Run.

The following screen will appear. Tell the technician you ID number.
