This company put together a sales team that was located throughout the country. They needed a way to funnel sales leads to inside sales. They also needed a way to keep track of customer information in real time to be able to take orders and invoice.
We provided a hosted application solution. We put all of the software they needed to run their business (Word, QuickBooks, ACT) on our servers. They connect in using Microsoft’s Terminal Server client. Now all employees in the company can work closely together on sales leads. The company does not need to purchase or maintain any network or server equipment. All monthly IT costs are fixed with no equipment to maintain.
