Citrix Desktop and Application Hosting

Citrix Logon Screen

If you cannot login, even with a correct username/password, you may need to install the Citrix Receiver.

  • On your computer’s control panel, look in your programs folder and see if the Citrix Receiver is present
  • If there is not Citrix Receiver, download one from Citrix

With most browsers, you will be prompted to download and run the Citrix.ica file. Please click this file for your session to launch

Exchange Email Hosting

Email can be accessed by 3 different methods:

  1. Microsoft Outlook (2007+) or other compatible email client
  2. Our Web Outlook interface
  3. Your smart device. Most devices have Microsoft Exchange hosting configuration options

Outlook Configuration – Full Exchange

Microsoft Outlook Auto automatically configures if you have your email address and login password. Just follow the prompts.

Outlook Configuration – POP/IMAP Only

To configure Outlook, you will need the following information:

  • Email Address: youremail@yourdomain.com
  • Outgoing Email Server: jaeklegroup.com, same login as incoming
  • Inbound Email Server: jaeklegroup.com
  • Incoming Server Port: 995. Use SSL
  • Outgoing Server Port: 587. Use TLS
  • Username: youremail@yourdomain.com. In most cases, this is your email.
  • Password: Your password
  • Advanced Settings: Use SSL is ON
Smart Device Configuration – POP3/IMAP Only

To configure your smart device, you will need the following information:

  • Email address: youremail@yourdomain.com
  • Outgoing Email Server:jaeklegroup.com
  • Inbound Email Server:jaeklegroup.com
  • Server Port: 995
  • Username: youremail@yourdomain.com Note in most cases it is your email.  Sometimes your username is different.
  • Password: your password
  • Advanced Settings: Use SSL is ON

Cisco VPN

Click to download either the 32 bit or 64 bit Cisco VPN client for your computer. You will need a connection profile, username and password before you will be able to login. Please call support for this information.
